Shipping and payment conditions

We ship our goods inside germany and to all members of the European Union. Shipping to Switzerland is possible through our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.

We offer free shipping for Germany in our online shop for every order above EUR 70,00. Orders below EUR 70,00 have a shipping fee of EUR 4,90.

Shipping cost for all other EU-countries is EUR 14,90. For shipping to Finland and Sweden, an additional fee of EUR 4.30 will be charged for door-to-door delivery. If door-to-door delivery is not desired, delivery can alternatively be made to the nearest pick-up point. In this case, the additional fee does not apply.

We are currently shipping our goods with DHL.

Information for shipping dates estimates

For advance payments, the shipping deadline starts the day after the payment has been made to the bank or payment provider and ends at the last day of the deadline. If the deadline is on a Saturday, Sunday or a state aproved holiday in Germany, the shipping will commence on the next business day. For Pre- and Extra orders please check the delivery times in the item description.

We are offering multiple way to pay for your order:

• Bank transfer (advance payment)
  The amount of the invoice has to be paid within 7 days after receiving the e-mail with our confirmation for you to transfer the money to our bank account. Payments which are not paid within those 7 days will be cancelled without further notice!

  (via PayPal PLUS, no Paypal account required)
  
• Klarna Pay Later / Klarna pay now. (only for shipments within Germany and to Austria, Finland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy)
  (In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) The payment deadline is 14 days after the goods/tickets have been shipped or for other provided services.
