LOONA is a South Korean girl group formed in 2016 by Blockberry Creative. The group consists of eleven members, each of whom released individual solo songs before officially debuting as a group.

LOONA is known for their unique concepts, creative music videos, and diverse musical styles. In 2019, member Haseul took a hiatus from the group due to health issues. Despite stepping back from activities, Haseul remains part of the LOONA family and continues to receive support from fans.

The remaining eleven members continued their group activities and enjoyed ongoing success with their releases and performances. However, since the members are no longer under BlockBerry as of 2023, group activities are currently on hold. On November 25, 2022, Chuu was removed from the group after the agency claimed she had mistreated staff and acted in a commanding manner.

LOONA has a loyal fanbase known as "Orbit" and is praised for their artistic creativity and unique approach to the K-pop genre.
