VERIVERY - SERIES 'O' ROUND 2: HOLE
Detail image
Description
Following the mysterious beginning of “SERIES ‘O’ [ROUND 1 : HALL],” VERIVERY are drawn even deeper into darkness in the second chapter of their “SERIES ‘O’.” Released in 2021, their sixth mini album “ROUND 2 : HOLE” is led by the intense title track “TRIGGER” and also features “Underdog,” “Prom,” “Heart Attack,” and the CD-exclusive track “Thank you, NEXT?”.
While “ROUND 1 : HALL” confronted VERIVERY with the darkness within themselves, the story now develops into a suspenseful scenario in which the members are increasingly consumed by it. Themes of confinement, loss of control, and encountering another side of oneself give the album a dark, almost horror-like atmosphere. Musically, “ROUND 2 : HOLE” combines this intense story with powerful electronic sounds and a variety of different moods. The album is available in three versions, “LOCK,” “SINK,” and “REALITY.”
