Description
With “MALUS,” ONEUS released their eighth mini album in September 2022, showcasing a more sensual and mysterious side of their music. The title track “Same Scent” combines reggaeton rhythms with melancholic melodies, exploring memories of a past love. Alongside a variety of other tracks, the album also includes an English version of the title song.
The album title “MALUS” draws on the symbolism of forbidden fruit and the irresistible attraction of temptation. Inspired by the Garden of Eden, ONEUS explore themes of longing, desire, and forbidden attraction. Members RAVN, LEEDO, and SEOHO also contributed creatively to several tracks.
