This 4th EP is a project that reveals and records not the “inner self,” but the “state of the body” through “sensation.”
Here, “sensation” does not simply mean a feeling; it refers to a state in which what best suits a person is maximized—a moment that feels understandable even without explanation. Some sensations can be shared by everyone at the same time, while others can only be experienced by a single individual. Furthermore, there are sensations that, despite being completely opposite to one’s own taste, somehow remain convincingly compelling.
Elements that distinguish individuals—such as nationality, race, gender, or language—no longer function as boundaries in the face of “taste + sensation.” Even without a shared language or explanation, a single sensation can create understanding and bring people together. This EP focuses precisely on that point, recording the “moments” of connection rather than attempting to define sensation itself.
Accordingly, the sound of this 4th EP is not defined by a single clear focal point, but instead flows seamlessly from one moment to the next. It is a process that expresses Yves’ unique “sensation” while also documenting the self.
