When and how will I receive my ticket?

You will receive your ticket 7 – 10 days before the concert starts. We will transfer the tickets to your AXS Mobile ID. To receive the tickets, you need the AXS Tickets app. This is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. If your AXS Mobile ID was created with a different email address than the one you use to order from our shop, please let us know the different address when placing your order. Otherwise, we will send the tickets to the email address we have on file.

Please note that tickets that have already been purchased cannot be canceled.
