Description
With “SECOND WIND,” BSS (BooSeokSoon), SEVENTEEN's subunit consisting of HOSHI, DK, and SEUNGKWAN, released their first single album in February 2023. Almost five years after their debut with “Just Do It,” the trio returned with their signature energetic sound. The title track “Fighting,” featuring rapper Lee Young Ji, combines infectious funk rhythms with an uplifting message. The album closes on a gentler note with “7PM,” a collaboration with Norwegian singer-songwriter Peder Elias. All three BSS members also contributed to the songwriting.
The title “SECOND WIND” describes the moment when renewed energy arrives after a period of exhaustion. Reflecting this idea, the three songs accompany listeners throughout the day, spreading optimism, positivity, and encouragement. The album's sports-inspired concept brings this message to life visually.
