X1 was a South Korean boy band formed in 2019 through the Mnet reality show "Produce X 101." The group consisted of eleven members who were selected through a public voting system. X1 debuted in August 2019 with their mini-album Quantum Leap and the title track "Flash."
The band quickly gained immense popularity and success, both in South Korea and internationally. X1 members such as Seungwoo, Seungyoun, Wooseok, and Yohan became known for their talents in singing, dancing, and rapping. The group stood out with their energetic performances, impressive choreography, and versatile musical styles. X1 released hits like "Like Always," "Move," and "U Got It," which were praised by both fans and critics.
Unfortunately, X1 disbanded in January 2020 after vote manipulation was uncovered in the results of the "Produce X 101" show. Despite their short-lived career, X1 left a lasting impression on the K-pop industry and their fans. Since then, the members have pursued various solo projects and remain active in the entertainment industry.
