ZEROBASEONE, often abbreviated as ZB1, is a South Korean boy group formed in 2022. ZB1, with their original line-up, was set to be active for about two and a half years. The group was created through Mnet’s reality show Boys Planet, where talented trainees from various companies competed for a spot in the debut group. The final lineup was determined by viewer votes, which secured the group a strong fanbase from the very beginning. The members come from diverse countries and backgrounds, contributing to their unique identity and international appeal.

Musically, ZEROBASEONE operates within the K-pop genre, with influences from hip-hop and EDM. Their songs are characterized by catchy melodies and dynamic choreography. Since their debut, the group has rapidly gained popularity and received numerous awards. After the planned 2 1/2 years, the members who are orginally signed under YH Ent., left ZB1 and are now part of the new group AND2BLE along with one ex-member of EVNNE. ZB1 now solely consists of the members Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae and Park Gunwook.
