Where can I view my notes for an order?

If you have a customer account, you can check your order notes at any time in your account. Go to “Orders”, select the relevant order, and click “View order”. Then scroll down slightly until you reach the “Additional Information” section. If your details are visible there, your note (e.g. a request or special instruction) has been successfully submitted and received by us. If no additional information is displayed, the note was not confirmed and unfortunately did not reach us. In this case, we recommend contacting us again by email. In general, you can also find your notes in the order confirmation. This is available to both guest customers and customers with an account, and is shown or sent via email accordingly.
