Shipping and payment conditions

We ship our goods inside germany and to all members of the European Union.

We offer free shipping for Germany in our online shop for every order above EUR 60,00.
Orders below EUR 60,00 have a shipping fee of EUR 4,90.

Shipping cost for all other EU-countries is EUR 13,90.

We are currently shipping our goods with DHL. 

Shipping time after dispatch:

Country Shipping time
Germany 2 – 3 business days
Other EU countries 5 – 10 business days


Information for shipping dates estimates

For advance payments, the shipping deadline starts the day after the payment has been made to the bank or payment provider and ends at the last day of the deadline. If the deadline is on a Saturday, Sunday or a state aproved holiday in Germany, the shipping will commence on the next business day. For Pre- and Extra orders please check the delivery times in the item description. 

Payment conditions

We are offering multiple way to pay for your order:

  • Bank transfer (advance payment)
    The amount of the invoice has to be paid within 7 days after receiving the e-mail with our confirmation for you to transfer the money to our bank account. Payments which are not paid within those 7 days will be cancelled without further notice!
  • PayPal
  • Debit. creditcard, Purchase on account
    (via PayPal PLUS, no Paypal account required)
  • Klarna Pay Later
    (In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden)
    The payment deadline is 14 days after the goods/tickets have been shipped or for other provided services.
